1. The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
2. Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
3. The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price is prohibited.
4. There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
5. We would like to caution members of the public against purchasing tickets from unauthorized sellers or 3rd party websites. By purchasing tickets through these non-authorized points of sale, buyers take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible.
6. Please note that the artist line-up may be subject to change. We regret that tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

AFA Concert Admission Rules:

• Admission into the seated or standing areas are by wristband only. It's not compulsory to print out thee-tickets for wristband redemption, you may present them directly from your mobile device. Please do not provide screenshots or photos of the tickets.
• All recording devices, inclusive of sound and visuals, are strictly prohibited.
• Children under the age of 12 will not be admitted to the seated or standing areas.
• Children above the age of 12 require a ticket to be purchased and a wristband redeemed before admission into the seated or standing areas.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend the policy at any time without prior notice.
• Any decision rendered by the organizer is final.

AFA Exhibition + Stage and AFA Exhibition-only Admission Rules:

• Admission into the exhibition and day stage areas are by wristband only. It's not compulsory to print out thee-tickets for wristband redemption, you may present them directly from your mobile device. Please do not provide screenshots or photos of the tickets.
• All recording, inclusive of sound and visuals, is strictly prohibited in the Day Stage area. Recording is permitted in the Exhibition area, unless otherwise specified by individual booth owners or individuals.
• Children under the height of 90 cm can be admitted free, accompanied by a paying adult.
• Children above the height of 90 cm require a ticket to be purchased and a wristband redeemed before admission into the exhibition or day stage areas.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend the policy at any time without prior notice.
• Any decision rendered by the organizer is final.
